Using the same standard low pressure (7" water column) that services other natural gas appliances, the torch's 22,500 BTU/hour consumption produces a brilliant 12" -15" flame. The bottom 1" female brass fitting hooks up to a standard gas piping (not included). Because the flame burns within the cylinder, the torch should be installed completely vertically.
