    Q & A
Q: What is the shipping and insurance cost? Is there any discount on multiple item purchase?
    A:
Shipping options and costs are listed in eBay's corresponding section right below auction description. Some international shipping rates are not listed. Please email us for shipping rate quote.
Shipments performed to non-contiguous regions of the United States (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico) will require air shipping methods, either two day or next day service depending on region. Free shipping cannot be extended to such regions.
Combined shipping discount is available if you purchase multiple items. Please contact us before you pay and we will adjust the shipping charge amount in the eBay invoice.
Q: What is your store return policy?
    A:
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can ask to return it within 30 calendar days of receiving the item(s), at which time we'll gladly exchange it for another item or give you a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges), whichever you prefer.
Q: What is your store warranty policy?
    A:
All microscopes will come with a five (5) year warranty protecting the microscope from manufacturer defects. The warranty will cover parts and labor at our facility, but will not cover any shipping costs that may be incurred. We will attempt to determine the cause of the problem with you through troubleshooting, and will minimize any shipping that will need to occur.
All microscope accessories (including, but not limited to: USB cameras, illuminators, stands) are subject to a one (1) year warranty protecting the parts from manufacturer defects. The warranty will otherwise follow the same procedure as with microscopes.
Products other than microscopes and microscope accessories will also include a one (1) year warranty protecting the parts from manufacturer defects, similar to microscope accessories.
Consumables, such as bulbs or slides, will not be subject to any warranty.
Q: When do you leave feedback for the buyers and what if I am not satisfied with the transaction?
    A:
We are happy to leave feedback for our customers once we have been paid and the item has been delivered to the carrier. We would appreciate that once you receive your item, you also leave us feedback. We strive to be a 5 star seller. Your feedback is critical to our success on eBay. We ask that you leave me a Positive feedback with all 5 stars, so that we can be set apart from our competition on eBay. 4 out of 5 stars is considered a failure on eBay and it will affect our search ability and discounts we receive from eBay (thus causing us to have to increase our pricing). If you feel that you cannot leave a Positive comment with all 5 stars - WE WILL EARN IT. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any reason. We are here to exceed your expectations!
