All components are engineered to offer a highly reduced material construction for a garment that is extremely lightweight, slim and highly ventilated.
Technical elastane stretch mesh main construction is highly breathable and retains shape and structure, while keeping protection plates close to the body while riding on undulating surfaces.
Versatile and customizable fit with removable upper back panel for compatibility with Bionic Neck Support (BNS).
Plate design incorporates innovative integrated grid structure which, during an impact, absorbs and dissipates the energy forces across its cellular structure.
All panel shells (back, chest, elbows and shoulder) are constructed from an injected polymer performance blend for optimized flexibility and excellent weight saving properties.
Plates are ergonomically contoured to follow the natural curvature of the body and feature air channeling to improve airflow and prevent heat build-up.
Back protector features three articulated plates to allow for greater flexibility and adaptive back fit in all riding positions. Plates ‘interlock’ in the event of a crash to reduce potential injury to the spine area.
All plates are mounted on PE padded panels which are highly perforated to offer fit and skin-touch comfort.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship most orders from our warehouse in Southern California Monday-Friday and tracking information will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us. All orders paid using PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses as required by Paypal’s Protection Policies.
In cases where multiple items are ordered, we may ship from multiple locations to save transit time in getting your order to you. Therefore, it may not be possible to bundle orders for combined shipping, unless you notify us that you agree to extend shipping times.
Will Call Pickup:
We cannot accept PayPal as a form of payment for physical Will Call Pickups since Paypal requires tracking numbers to qualify for Paypal’s Protection Policy.
P.O Boxes / Military APO and FPO/ Hawaii and Alaska / US Territories:
We ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you request another method (which may increase the shipping cost).
Signature Required:
All orders over 9.99 USD will be shipped signature required, as per PayPal’s Protection Policies. A signature will also be required for packages shipped to multi-unit structures such as apartments, duplexes, businesses, etc.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment. NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification.
Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect.
Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
International Shipping Policy:
All International Shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International (except Mexico which is by Fedex International). The purchase price of the items will be stated on the customs form according to federal law. This also assures accurate valuation for insurance claims in case the item is lost or damaged.
All International shipments are sent from our California warehouse only and may require additional days to consolidate to this location.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes and we cannot be held liable for any charges and/or any delays caused by customs within your country. We have no control over this and you would need to contact your local customs to find what, if any, charges/delays there may be. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We do not allow returns or exchanges on item(s) unless stated otherwise in the respective listing. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise.
