    Description

    Beautiful, ornate antique pump organ and stool by Chicago Cottage Organ Company - Chicago, Illinois, USA. Very good condition and complete. Rare model with 13 stops. Fully restored by Ivan Lowder (the “Organ Doctor”) in 1960s - the organ restoration was featured in an article in Pioneer magazine May 1966 (pages 20-21). Very elaborate with many ornate details. Everything works, but has not been used regularly since restoration. Two numbers found on rear of organ: 1661 (printed on rear door) and 7964 (stamped on rear inside panel). Please note that original stool had one leg repaired - original metal claw foot was replaced with metal peg - remaining 3 legs have original claw feet. Sold “As Is”.
