RETURN POLICY

We will NOT accept items that have been worn or used.
All goods must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING (including manufacturer's packing paper for footwear) with ALL FACTORY TAGS still attached (including extra laces with some footwear).
Footwear returns:  Please return the item in the same way they were shipped.  They must be shipped in a second box or shipping bag besides the shoe box.  Do not place packing tape or shipping label on the manufacturer's shoe box.  Any return that is received with damage to the manufacturer's in this manner will be immediately refused back to you.
