Payment
Payment is due within 4 days. If payment is not received within 4 days we reserve the right to cancel your order on the 5th day, per eBay policy. Please contact us through eBay's messaging system if an issue arises with completing the transaction. We will gladly work with you to figure out the best solution.
Shipping
We ship all our paid orders within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and most major US Holidays) with USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on a Friday may not ship until the following Monday. Shipping handling time varies, many shipments are currently being delayed due to external factors that are out of our control. We can only ship to the address you provide on the eBay checkout page. Once the item is paid for, we can not change the shipping address. Tracking numbers are sent out by eBay when the item is shipped. You can access your tracking information for your order at any time via your My eBay page.
Returns
Again here at Wholesalers USA our #1 priority is customer satisfaction!  We do our best to make the return process  hassle-free. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and the item must be in the same condition as received: new, unworn, unused with packaging, and tags intact. Customers/Buyers are responsible for payment of
return shipping of items.
