I ordered this as I see a lot of the famous smoked meat cooks using it. I figured it was worth a try. It made a big difference. The pink paper was so far superior to aluminum foil in both sturdiness and the composition of the paper made a true difference in how the meet cooked. It is well worth the money. If yo are investing the time to smoke meat, investing in potentially expensive cuts, and want better results buy the pink paper.

I have always used foil on my Treager smoker, but after reading many reviews and recipe suggestions I decided to try butcher paper for the final cooking section of my brisket. I tied it with twine and it worked perfectly. My brisket was moist , perfectly cooked and had great bark. Delicious. I will use this from now on.
