Functionally, it powers on and works intermittently, with various keys occasionally working / not working. This could just be a case of needing to be disassembled and cleaned for dust and internal grime, but I can't say for sure. Electrical cord also has been previously repaired with electrical tape. Sold as is, as pictured.
